13.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach by the Member, mu8888 will return any remaining verified balance (net of bonus funds) to a verified payment method in the Member's name within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to the Member's breach of these Terms, mu8888 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance as appropriate to the nature of the breach, and reserves all legal remedies available to it.
13.4 A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting mu8888 support. Prior to closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed as a withdrawal.
